 Kent Garner: Realtor, SRES/SRS

Kent has over 30 years of real estate advertising and marketing experience. He is a top 20% producer in Keller Williams Knoxville Market Center and member of the Associate Leadership Council and multiple BOLD graduate. As a former publisher of the Real Estate Book of the Tri-Cities, TN for over 15 years, he has been an integral part of marketing thousands of homes across East Tennessee. Kent is also certified in SRES and SRS to better serve his clients.

Whether it's family, friends, or neighbors, he is all about serving others in a way that helps make life just a little easier. His mission is to make real estate buying and selling an easy and enjoyable experience.  

 Terri Garner: Transaction Coordinator

Terri has many years of experience in the real estate industry, buying her first investment property when she was 19. She's had a love for Tennessee since vacationing here from Sarasota, Florida when she grew up. Love for the mountains and people are what drew her and her husband Kent here to raise their two daughters over 20 years ago.

Before moving to Tennessee, Terri was a professional waterskier and show director at Sea World in Orlando, Florida. For the last 20+ years she and Kent have worked together in the real estate industry. Her desire is to help people through the - often stressful- experience of buying a home because, everyone should love where they live!
